Role of Accounting in Business
Lately, many people turn into entrepreneurs. Many are successful but not least is what finally toppled before enjoying success. Their main mistake is a mistake that failed to financial management. Sometimes we are selling merchandise sold, but the end of the month so there’s no money, goods even less.
Because we still feel small businesses and use their own capital, we sometimes forget the books, but it is a very fatal mistake, even worse when mixed with the venture capital private money. Such problems would we all go through it, including me.
Matter how small our efforts, we should have a bookkeeping and proper management. Until this very day I still continue to learn to do business with the right management. We all must all have, if our kids want snacks we take from the drawer (cash businesses), if you sell a cigarette for example, take the origin without the note and entered into the books. Such problems that we often do not realize has caused devastation in our business are run.
Although it’s business and our capital, and even run our own, then we should be putting ourselves like working in the company of others. This means we have a right to be “salary”, so we can assess how the development of our businesses are going through. How much salary we can get this from their own efforts, depends on the ability and progress of our company.
With bookkeeping we can record the company’s revenues and expenditures, so that we can easily check out the entry of money and goods. And this will help us to evaluate progress and setbacks of business.
No less important when you run your own business is “self pay”, because after all the salary is an important component in the business world and should be included in corporate expenses. Thus we can easily determine the selling price to the consumer.
Even if we do not take a salary that, no problem. We can add as additional capital for our business to greater.
